RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Business Development & Client Acquisition Proactively prospect, approach, and acquire new customers to expand the company's customer base and generate new business. Identify business opportunities, convert prospects into customers and achieve assigned sales targets. 2. Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive customer retention and repeat business. 3. Market Information & Transportation Solutions Provide timely updates on ocean freight rates, vessel schedules, space availability and market trends. Develop competitive, cost-effective shipping solutions based on customer requirements. Coordinate with carriers, overseas agents, and internal teams to provide suitable freight quotations and routing options. 4. Order Follow-up & Coordination Follow up on customer orders from quotation and booking to shipment completion. Coordinate with internal teams, including Procurement and Operations and external parties such as shipping lines, factories, overseas agents and third-party service providers to ensure smooth shipment execution. Monitor shipment progress, resolve issues promptly and keep customers updated. [Requirements] College diploma or above. 3–5 years of ocean freight sales experience, with knowledge of ocean freight operations and proven customer acquisition experience. Native Vietnamese speaker; good working proficiency in English. Chinese is a plus. Ambitious, proactive, responsible, and results-oriented. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
