Job Summary: This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the overall operations of motor vehicle warehousing and transportation to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. Job Descriptions: Major Duties: • Follow up process of imported vehicle, receiving/ delivery/ filing CBU (Completely Built-Up Car) document (CO & CQ/ Certificate of Origin & Certificate of Quality) in North • Follow up & update information/date of stock control (KD & CBU/ Completely Knocked Down & Completely Built-Up Car) at motor-pools in North (audio, foot mat, fuel stamp, CBU label, internal Inv..) Giving necessary instruction & supervise daily MP (Motor-pool) operation in North • Follow up & supervise on Receiving/ Delivery procedure to dealer - North/ Central (time/ date, check list, feedback from dealer) • Follow up & supervise on car delivery docs, vehicle profile (consigned & internal transferred vehicles…) • Nominate transporter (HN - BD , MMV warehouse - dealer, to follow up lead time) • Follow up process of Car/Part inventory at motor-pools in North • Follow up & coordinate with Ho Chi Minh Head Office all matter on Parts stock control at motor-pools in North (audio/ accessories & spare parts), to make Weekly Audio & Part control report if any • Monthly MP expense report in North • Back up Customs procedure, Arrival CBU shipments' schedule ( to check document, tax, C/O, C/Q, price correspondence, retro-inspection) - in North • Back up on making some necessary report (Emission, CBU report) • Back up on Stock vehicle parking allocation & report for arrival shipments' schedule (CBU) in North • Back up on making PQR (Product Quality Report) or damage accident case in North if any Minor Duties: • Homologation miles report, Foot-mat report, internal transportation from North to South report • Support on related General Affairs or Sales Administration or Marketing works if any [Requirements] Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related fields • Knowledge: English communication; Microsoft Office usage, Logistics & industrial warehouse operation, Import & Export field • Skills: Arrange, manage, follow-up the operation of warehouse, the transportation partner with the manner of lead time accuracy, cost saving • Experience: Having at least 2 years of relevant experience or more Benefits • Competitive salary • Transportation & meal allowances • Premium health care package • Annual Leaves & additional public holiday days-off
