Job purpose: Handle general procurement activities to support production and product localization Responsibility • Supplier portfolio management, supplier performance evaluation, supplier risk management, supplier base optimization, contract/agreement negotiation • Cost reduction through cost analysis, negotiation, localization, centralization, cost module and other VA/VE projects, to achieve annual cost saving target • Lead time reduction and other continuous improvement projects • Supplier relationship management, organize supplier business review meeting • Supplier audits, work together with SQE and other functions • Work with PM, PE and R&D engineers to support new projects, to achieve project objectives like cost, delivery and quality etc. • Other jobs assigned by management [Requirements] Required qualification: - Education background in Engineering – majored in mechanical/electrical/electronics/automation/chemical - Certificate holder of CPM, CPSM, CIPS is an advantage Skill - 3+ years experience in sourcing/purchasing/supplier management.
