Job Purpose: To support the Production Manager in overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient workflow, quality output, and strict adherence to safety, labor regulations, and production targets. This role is critical in bridging operational execution between our Vietnam site and sister factories in China. Key Responsibilities: 1. [Requirements] Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or related field. - At least 5 years of experience in EMS/manufacturing, with exposure to SMT, assembly, and box build processes. - Hands-on experience in supervising production line and managing factory workers. - Must understand Vietnam Labor Law and basic manufacturing safety standards. - Good problem-solving skills and ability to act decisively under pressure. - Proficient in English (verbal/written) for cross-border communication.
