Job Purpose Develop and execute the marketing strategy for Art Color to strengthen brand awareness, generate qualified leads, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute annual, quarterly and monthly Marketing Plans & Budgets. • Manage Branding, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Website and Content. • Develop lead generation campaigns and work closely with Sales to convert leads into business opportunities. • Plan and execute events, product launches, VIP events and showroom activations. • Develop marketing partnerships with gyms, wellness operators, hotels/resorts, developers, architects and designers. • Manage external agencies, suppliers and marketing partners. • Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand guidelines. [Requirements] Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. • 5+ years of marketing experience, with management/team leadership experience. • Experience in Fitness, Wellness, Luxury, Hospitality, Real Estate or Premium Consumer Brands is preferred. • Strong experience in Digital Marketing and Lead Generation. • Strong commercial mindset, creativity, ownership and data-driven approach. • Good command of English and ability to work with international partners.
