Monitor product quality and resolve daily technical issues arising during manufacturing processes. Analyze production problems and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve process stability and product quality. Drive process improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce manufacturing costs, and enhance product quality. Prepare and summarize technical improvement reports and provide weekly reports to Team Leaders and Department Managers. Research, evaluate, and implement innovative ideas, technologies, and solutions to improve factory operations and manufacturing efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and operational excellence activities. Support engineering projects and perform other duties assigned by management. Education & Qualification Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical & Automation Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Semiconductor Engineering, or other related engineering fields. 2. Experience Requirements Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Relevant internship or project experience in manufacturing environments is an advantage. 3. Technical Competency Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Good English communication and reporting skills, both written and verbal.
