Establish quality procedures, quality standards, maintain and manage quality records and documentations. Develop and oversee implementation of inspection Plans/Standards Manage, update and approve procedures, works instructions, audit reports, quality plans, inspection records, change control, corrective and preventive action plans and traceability documentation Develop process auditing routines to assure compliance to established procedures Actively coordinate and be responsible for new product launch activities as assigned Establish and maintain ISO documentation for relevant processes and procedures. Establish, develop, and implement processes and regulations related to the ISO-based management system. Other tasks as required. [Requirements] A minimum of 5 years of work experience in Quality Management Have a thorough understanding of ISO 9001:2000 requirements and the ability to communicate them, verify understanding, and ensure their proper application. At least one year of experience in establishing and maintaining a quality management system in accordance with the ISO 9000 series of standards. Ability to read technical drawings and specifications Knowledge of inspection methods, measurement tools, and test processes Experience with non-conformance systems, audit programs. Analytical thinking and basic statistical/SPC, data interpretation Familiar with tools like FMEA, MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis) Advance English proficiency.
