- Be in charge of air export/import shipments to take care well of customers as being assigned - Having experience in checking price and space - Prefer who has relationship with Shipping line/ Agent, airlines or co-load agents - Be responsible for implementing processes involved in a logistic operation and liaise with a variety of parties, including oversea partner/ customs broker/ customs authorities/ customers and airline, coload agent to handle export shipments smoothly to ensure cont has being catch airline cutting time. - Update oversea partners / customers “updated information” of the cargo - To avoid or reduce cost whenever possible - Resolve the matter appear when cargo have damaged - Issue the debit note for Customer/ Overseas agent - Daily update data to system and Customers - Other duties assigned by Managers & Director.
