JOB SUMMARY Responsible for managing customer relationships in Taiwan and China markets, negotiating sales terms, preparing quotations and sales documents, coordinating shipment schedules, monitoring sales performance, and supporting customer care and promotional activities to expand the company's market presence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES - Negotiating with customers about price, quality and delivery time,... (Market: Taiwan, China). - Making Quotation, checking inventory and arrange shipment schedule to meet requirements of customers efficiently (coordinate with Logistics department). - Preparing Sales contract or related documents according to L/C. - Reporting sales quantity, sales plan monthly and other data report according to department's requirements. - Visiting customer and support TSC team for customer care. - Organize seminars or product expo events to promote and expand company's brand. REQUIREMENTS Education - Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, International Economics, Import-Export, Business Administration, Chinese Language, or a related field. Experience & Skill - Open for fresher. - Experience in Textile industry is an advantage. - Good communication skills in both English and Chinese. - Word/ Excel/ SAP. WORKING CONDITIONS - Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off). - Location: N2 Street, Nhon Trach 5 Industrial Zone, Nhon Trach Ward, Dong Nai City, Vietnam.
