• Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities by sea, air, road and rail. • Coordinate shipment planning, transportation and delivery to ensure on-time and accurate delivery. • Manage import/export and customs clearance procedures, including tax payment and tax refund. • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, forwarders, transport providers and internal departments to resolve logistics issues. • Monitor logistics KPIs, delivery performance and logistics costs. • Handle and communicate logistics-related non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions. • Implement and continuously improve logistics processes and procedures. • Proactively identify logistics risks and propose solutions to management.
