Overview:
The Human Resources Executive is responsible for actively delivering HR services that support the school operational objectives. The incumbent works collaboratively with the HR Manager, school leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient HR processes, positive employee experience, and compliance with organizational policies and relevant labor regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for local and expatriate positions.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements across appropriate recruitment platforms.
- Screen applications, coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and prepare job offers.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Maintain recruitment records, job descriptions and candidate databases.
2. Learning & Development
- Coordinate internal and external professional development programmes for Vietnamese staff.
- Arrange training logistics, including venues, materials, attendance, and communications.
- Maintain learning records and evaluate programme effectiveness.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of staff orientation and onboarding programmes.
- Maintain training documentation and prepare relevant reports.
3. Staff Engagement & Internal Events
- Assist in organizing staff events and engagement activities.
- Coordinate logistics and communications for HR initiatives.
- Support employee recognition and staff wellbeing activities.
4. HR Operations
- Provide day-to-day HR operational support.
- Support HR administration, policy implementation, and employee communications.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment matters.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Assist in HR reporting and maintain HR databases and systems.
5. Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Provide cross-functional support to HR team members, as well as other departments, when required.
- Assist in reviewing and improving HR processes and administrative procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
[Requirements]
Education:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Human Resources, Business administration, English or related.
Specialized requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Vietnamese.
- Experience in recruitment, learning & development, and HR operations.
- Experience within an international school or multinational organization is preferred.
- Strong recruitment sourcing skills with both expat and local candidates.
- Good understanding of HR operations and employment practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR Information Systems.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
