POSITION PURPOSE: - The Trend, Design & Digital (TDD) Coordinator supports trend research, product development, creative projects, and digital initiatives across the TDD department. - Working closely with the TDD Manager and cross-functional teams in the U.S. and Vietnam, this role helps turn trend and creative direction into product concepts, presentations, visual content, and project deliverables. - The role also coordinates timelines, samples, digital assets, and project communication to ensure projects are well organized and delivered on schedule. - Depending on business needs, the role may also support design projects for DPI customers as assigned by management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Trend Research & Insights - Research global trends in furniture, home décor, materials, colors, retail, and lifestyle. - Monitor competitors, market trends, and emerging design opportunities. - Support seasonal Trend Book development. - Create mood boards, trend boards, and inspiration presentations. 2. Product & Design Development - Translate seasonal trend direction into commercial product concepts. - Develop concept boards and product presentations. - Support product curation and product refinement throughout development. - Coordinate sample development and track project progress. 3. Creative & Digital Projects - Develop visual presentations and creative materials. - Coordinate digital assets and collaborate with the AI team. - Support photography and video planning. - Organize digital presentations and marketing assets. - Support website improvements and other digital initiatives. 4. Trade Shows & Strategic Projects - Support collection planning and product curation. - Prepare concept boards, mood boards, and design references. - Support trade shows, creative presentations, and visual storytelling. - Support strategic TDD projects as assigned. 5. Project & Cross-functional Coordination - Coordinate and track multiple TDD projects and timelines simultaneously. - Follow up with cross-functional teams in Vietnam and the U.S. - Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and project documentation. - Communicate project updates and follow up on key actions. - Provide design support to DPI customer projects as assigned. [Requirements] 1. Education: - Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Interior Design; Product Design; Furniture Design; Graphic Design; Or a related field 2. Experience: - 1–3 years of experience in design, product development, trend research, or a related creative field. - Experience in furniture, home décor, lifestyle, or related industries is preferred. - Fresh graduates with a strong and relevant portfolio are welcome to apply. - Technical Skills 3. Required: - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong visual presentation and design skills. - Good Microsoft Office skills. - Good English communication skills. 4. Preferred: - Experience with AI image generation tools. - Experience with SketchUp or Rhino. - Basic understanding of product development. - Experience creating mood boards, trend boards, product concepts, or visual presentations. 5. Portfolio: - A portfolio demonstrating relevant design, product concepts, trend research, mood boards, visual presentations, or other creative projects is highly preferred.
