Overview: This person is based at our Vietnam factory and is responsible for management inspection on incoming parts. This role will primarily focus on part measuring, quality improvement, solving part quality issues with related teams, managing operators, and optimizing inspection cost. Responsibilities: ● Managing incoming quality control group, optimizing current resource to maximize efficiency (Manpower, equipment...) ● Building measuring methods for the parts (mechanical, EE, packaging...) ● Work with SQ engineer to make fixture for part inspection in house and supplier if need ● Report the results of part quality daily, weekly, monthly. ● Handle part issue in production line with SQ engineer in urgent case. ● Collaborate with production team and technical to improve quality ● Optimize labor to save cost. [Requirements] Skills/personal qualifications: ● Independently, and working with others, able to generate new ideas ● Demonstrated sense of urgency; takes prompt action to accomplish goals. ● Open minded and willing to learn new knowledge in different scopes ● English communication is necessary. ● Can communicate effectively to all levels of the organization Education and Certifications: ● Graduated in electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering Experience ● Experience working with electronic, mechanical company ● At least 2 years quality control experience or quality assurance ● 3 years experience in management worker (30 people) You will need to be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation, including: ● Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, copier/printer etc as well as have the ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time ● Required to retrieve or reposition products like sewing machines weighing up to 50 pounds ● Any additional physical requirements The Employer retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position.
