- Manage day-to-day supplier quality and communication with suppliers in Vietnam, working within the quality management framework of our China office, and support quality control during new product development. - Conduct supplier quality audits, on-site inspections, and quality assessments; identify potential quality risks and drive their resolution. - Follow up on supplier quality issues, assist with root cause analysis, drive the development and implementation of corrective actions, and monitor their effectiveness. - Record, report, and track quality issues through to closure, and promptly escalate major quality incidents and risks. - Help suppliers continuously improve product quality, production management, and delivery performance. - Work with QA, Purchasing, and Order Follow-up teams on other supplier quality management tasks as needed. [Requirements] - Associate degree or above; a background in mechanical engineering, materials science, quality management, or a related field is preferred. Chinese language majors will also be considered. - Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome; internship or work experience in manufacturing, supplier management, or quality control is a plus. - Fluent in Chinese and Vietnamese, with good written English. - Genuine interest in quality work, including product inspection, testing, manufacturing processes, and communication on the factory floor. - Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with Vietnamese suppliers and our China-based purchasing and quality teams. - Strong sense of ownership and follow-through, detail-oriented, a fast learner, and a good team player. - Willing to undergo systematic training and eager to learn supplier quality management knowledge and methods. Working locations: - Dinh Bo Linh Street, Binh Thanh District - Quy Nhon Working hours: Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position requires travelling to the factory. When there is no need to visit the factory, employees can work from home and prepare reports.
