Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end Talent Acquisition, including recruitment planning, sourcing, process
improvement, budget and recruitment effectiveness, while supporting Performance
Management/KPI, C&B and other HR activities. The role contributes to building an effective and
sustainable talent acquisition system to support business needs.
Responsibilities:
✓ Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer and onboarding.
✓ Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job sites, social media and referrals; build and maintain talent pipelines.
✓ Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.
✓ Develop and continuously improve recruitment SOPs, guidelines, templates and processes
to ensure consistent and effective hiring practices.
✓ Coordinate with Regional and HQ HR teams to align and standardize recruitment
processes, guidelines, templates, systems and related documentation.
✓ Plan and monitor recruitment budget and expenses.
✓ Track and evaluate recruitment effectiveness through key metrics, including Time-to-Fill, source effectiveness and hiring conversion.
✓ Build and systemize candidate sourcing data and talent databases to support current and future hiring needs.
✓ Support Employer Branding and recruitment-related activities when required.
✓ Support Performance Management/KPI, C&B and other HR activities as assigned.
[Requirements]
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
✓ At least 5 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
✓ Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection.
✓ Good sourcing capability through LinkedIn, job sites, social media, referrals and other recruitment channels.
✓ Some exposure to Performance Management/KPI, C&B or other HR functions; supporting experience is sufficient.
✓ Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
✓ Good English communication skills.
✓ Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
✓ Proactive, detail-oriented, analytical and willing to develop across broader HR functions.
