MISSION: Lead a €37.7M+ Powerhouse: Act as the main leader at Vietnam’s exclusive Carbon Hub to drive future growth. Launch Products Smoothly: Guide new items perfectly from the first sample to full mass production. Level Up Suppliers: Coach and upgrade suppliers network for production and quality mastering. Ensure 100% Quality: Guarantee every single part and finished product meets top Decathlon standards before it ships. Continuous Improvement: Work directly on the factory floor to eliminate waste and make production fast and effective. Connect Global & Local Teams: Serve as the main bridge connecting global strategy with local factory execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.PRODUCT INDUSTRIALIZATION (40%): Product Design & Quality Control: Review technical designs, approve samples, and drive CAP Reports to prevent potential issues. Standardize Industrial Processes: Enforce Decathlon Process Requirements, 4M frameworks, SOPs, and FMEA to guarantee production quality. Govern Process Milestones: Own the execution of Homologation, Buildup Control Plans, Industrial Reports, and Industrial Passports. Co-Build with Suppliers: Lead supplier project management, providing critical design inputs and managing technical adjustments for smooth manufacturing. Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Supply (S), Quality (Q), and ICT to secure on-time implementation. Adaptability: Act as a flexible leader who can quickly adapt processes and teams to changing project requirement. 2.QUALITY & COMPLIANCE (60%): Sustainability & Quality Compliance: Lead and audit factory compliance across HRP, ENV, EWB, and strict industrial Quality standards. Mass Production Quality: Oversee day-to-day manufacturing quality by managing Control Plans to rigorously minimize Defect Rates and Non-Quality Costs (NQC). Batch-to-Batch Control: Ensure Quality before shipment to achieve zero Quality Cost Assurance (QCA). Continuous Improvement: Champion ongoing process optimizations and corrective actions to relentlessly elevate Customer Satisfaction. [Requirements] OUR REQUIREMENTS:: Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years in mechanical engineering with a strong track record of delivering results. 2D/3D Reading: Proficient in reading and accurately interpreting engineering drawings tools: CAD, SolidWorks, Inventor,... Materials & Process Knowledge: Solid understanding of carbon (Bladder molding, ply-cutter, resin/fiber ratio, compaction), alloys (TIG welding, T4/T6 heat treatment, hydroforming alignment) and die-casting processes. Surface Treatment: Practical knowledge of industrial painting processes, including both powder and liquid coating. Problem-Solving: Experienced in resolving production issues with structured tools (FMEA, 8D reports, DMAIC, 5W2H,...) Collaborative Communication: Open communicator focused on listening, team integration, and supporting colleagues. Responsible & Authentic: Brings a down-to-earth, accountable approach to project ownership and daily work.
