You need strong Photoshop composition and compositing — faces, lighting, multi-layer blends into one clean image — plus solid AI image generation in the workflow (prompt → iterate → finish in Photoshop). Day to day you'll own thumbnail packaging. Motion graphics / After Effects is a bonus, not required.
