BROAD SCOPE : Carry out Air Freight Consolidation operational tasks as assigned by the Group Leader. This position requires solid knowledge and experience in airfreight operations and logistics. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES: Air Export Operation • Handle daily air export bookings, including receiving booking requests, securing airline space, entering bookings into carrier systems, and confirming bookings to customers. • Monitor the end-to-end shipment process, including cargo acceptance, MAWB issuance, shipment tracking, and exception handling. • Process billing activities, including revenue/cost entries, customer invoicing, and vendor invoice verification. • Coordinate with internal teams, airlines, agents, and customers to ensure smooth operations and resolve operational issues. • Prepare operational reports and maintain shipment records in accordance with company procedures. • Perform weekend duty on a rotational basis to support operational continuity and urgent shipment requirements. [Requirements] REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree or above. • Good English communication skills (assessed during the interview). • 4+ year of experience in Air Export Operations. • Good Excel skills. • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
