Mô tả công việc / Job Description: - Quản lý và điều hành kế hoạch sản xuất tổng thể, đảm bảo đúng tiến độ và kế hoạch giao hàng. - Xây dựng, điều chỉnh kế hoạch dựa trên năng lực sản xuất, đơn hàng, yêu cầu và mức độ ưu tiên của khách hàng. - Giám sát công tác chuẩn bị nguyên phụ liệu và các điều kiện cần thiết trước sản xuất. - Theo dõi các mốc tiến độ quan trọng: cắt, vào chuyền, hoàn thiện và xuất hàng. - Theo dõi năng lực, năng suất, hiệu suất và chủ động điều phối nguồn lực giữa các chuyền. - Nhận diện điểm nghẽn, rủi ro tiến độ và kịp thời điều chỉnh kế hoạch, đề xuất giải pháp xử lý. - Quản lý tổng thể tiến độ đơn hàng, đảm bảo đáp ứng yêu cầu giao hàng của khách hàng. - Phối hợp với Merchandising và các bộ phận liên quan để cập nhật yêu cầu, thay đổi và ưu tiên đơn hàng. - Phân tích định kỳ năng lực nhà máy, đơn hàng, năng suất và tiến độ để hỗ trợ ra quyết định. - Chủ trì họp sản xuất định kỳ, theo dõi tiến độ và thống nhất phương án xử lý. - Cải tiến phương pháp lập kế hoạch, công cụ và hệ thống theo dõi sản xuất nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả vận hành. • Manage and oversee the overall production plan, ensuring production progress and delivery schedules are met. • Develop and adjust production plans based on production capacity, orders, customer requirements, and priority levels. • Supervise the preparation of materials, accessories, and necessary production conditions before production starts. • Monitor key production milestones, including cutting, line feeding, finishing, and shipment. • Track capacity, productivity, and efficiency, and proactively coordinate resources among production lines. • Identify bottlenecks and schedule risks, adjust plans promptly, and propose corrective solutions. • Oversee overall order progress to ensure customer delivery requirements are achieved. • Coordinate with Merchandising and related departments to update order requirements, changes, and priorities. • Periodically analyze factory capacity, orders, productivity, and progress to support decision-making. • Chair regular production meetings, follow up on progress, and align on action plans. • Improve planning methods, tools, and production tracking systems to enhance operational efficiency. [Requirements] - Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học trở lên, ưu tiên các chuyên ngành: Công nghệ May, Kỹ thuật Dệt May, Quản lý Công nghiệp, Kỹ thuật Công nghiệp, Quản trị Sản xuất hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan. - Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực sản xuất, ưu tiên ngành may mặc hoặc hàng may mặc thể thao. - Tối thiểu 2–3 năm ở vị trí quản lý sản xuất cấp Supervisor/Manager hoặc tương đương. - Thành thạo tin học văn phòng. - Tiếng Anh giao tiếp và đọc hiểu tài liệu chuyên môn là lợi thế. • College/University degree or above, preferably in Garment Technology, Textile and Garment Engineering, Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, Production • Management, or related fields. • Minimum 5 years of experience in production, preferably in the garment or sportswear industry. • Minimum 2–3 years in a production management role at Supervisor/Manager level or equivalent. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Conversational English and ability to read technical documents are an advantage.
