1. 負責指導、處理、協調和解決公司新產品研發過程中遇到的技術問題，確保研發順利進行。 Provide technical guidance and coordinate the resolution of issues arising during new product development to ensure R&D progresses smoothly. 2. 組織新產品的報價及自有品牌立項前的投入評估，為決策提供經濟分析支援。 Coordinate quotations for new products and assess the required investment before initiating own-brand projects, providing cost analysis to support decision-making. 3. 安排和計畫新產品的研發、引進和轉化工作，制定並跟進研發排期。 Plan and coordinate the development, introduction, and transfer of new products; establish and monitor R&D schedules. 4. 協調各專案組內部之分工，確保產品創意、外形設計、結構設計及手辦製作等環節的緊密銜接，避免重複勞動。 Coordinate work assignments within project teams to ensure close coordination between product concepts, appearance design, structural design, and prototype production, while avoiding duplicate work. 5. 協助研發經理編制研發費用預算，控制各項研發費用支出，提高研發效率。 Assist the R&D Manager in preparing the R&D budget and controlling expenses to improve development efficiency. 6. 編制並輸出規劃文件、外形2D/3D圖紙、各類手辦及研發資料/生產指導性檔等技術資訊，確保研發成果的可追溯性和可生產性。 Prepare and deliver planning documents, 2D/3D appearance drawings, prototypes, R&D materials, production guidance documents, and other technical information to ensure that development results are traceable and suitable for production. [Requirements] - College degree or above. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email). - Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are preferred. - Basic English or Chinese communication skills for work-related communication are preferred.
