At Zalopay, the Financial Services product group is a core pillar under the Commercial Growth department and one of the most critical engines powering our long-term expansion. You will work with a team that obsesses over real user problems and believes growth comes from the intersection of data, behavioral insight, and bold execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Growth marketing (40%): Utilize everything you can to grow key metrics for success Research & Insights: Analyze user data, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities, understand not just what users do, but why they do it; translate behavioral patterns into testable hypotheses and actionable strategies. Product & Growth Funnel: Tackle the whole users funnel, conquering from acquisition to activation, and get our users to stay with us; identify friction points and conversion blockers at each funnel stage; recommend product improvements and UX enhancements that remove barriers. Strategy & Execution: Build growth roadmaps that balance quick wins with sustainable initiatives; design and run experiments across channels, messaging, and incentives. Cross-functional Impact: Partner with Business, Product, & Data,... teams to align on goals and execute initiatives; leverage internal resources effectively; ensure marketing insights inform product decisions and product capabilities enable marketing strategies. Communications (30%): Capture attention, drive action Breakthrough Messaging: Create communication that cuts through noise, translate complex investment concepts into simple, culturally relevant ideas; balance creativity with clarity to make financial services feel accessible and compelling. Integrated Campaign Execution: Plan and deliver campaigns across all channels - owned (in-app banners, notifications, user flows), earned (PR, community), and paid (social, online media,...); ensure every touchpoint reinforces the core message while optimized for channel-specific behaviors. Creative Collaboration : Brief and partner with Design, Content, and agencies to produce assets that grab attention and drive results. Execution (30%): Deliver on time, on budget, on target Manage end-to-end delivery : Own campaign timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination (Business, Product, Data, FP&A); ensure initiatives launch flawlessly. Track performance and optimize : Monitor KPIs in-flight, troubleshoot underperformance, and adjust tactics to hit targets. Document and iterate : Conduct post-campaign analysis; extract learnings and apply to future work. 2+ years of experience in the Marketing field. Strong project management skill. Growth & strategic thinking: able to identify sources of growth, translate insights into clear value propositions, key messages, and actionable growth hypotheses. Possess a natural empathy towards people and can easily understand user insights. Data-driven mindset: Comfortable working with numbers and analytics tools; able to extract insights from data, identify patterns, and make decisions based on evidence rather than intuition. Good sense of arts and creativity, more importantly, how it would impact in translating business messages to our users. Trendsetter or trend-sensor, in tune with the community.
