1. To attend to develop, revise Annual Internal Audit Plan. 2. Attend to develop, amend, supplement and regularly complete internal audit methods, policies and procedures. 3. To collect information and documents for the audit of assigned subjects; Handle the tasks as assigned by the Head of the Audit Team in the audit work and under the guidance and supervision of the Head of the Audit Team. 4. During the performance of the work, discuss with the Head of the Audit Team about the findings and high risks. 5. Report on the results of each audit, propose solutions to handle problems, exist according to the audit results, make recommendations to improve the efficiency of activities and audited units to the Head of Audit Team. 6. Monitor the implementation of recommendations and consulting opinions of the Audit Team at the audited units and make assigned reports to comply with internal regulations of the BSL, the law, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) from time to time. 7. Participate in appropriate professional training courses to improve your capacity. 8. Implement policies and implement procedures and processes related to internal audit at the BSL. 9. Store documents of Internal Audit Division in accordance with the regulations. 10. Participating in Trade Union activities and movement activities as assigned by the Chief Internal Auditor. 11. Perform other duties as assigned by the Deputy/Chief Internal Auditor/ Head of Audit Team. [Requirements] Knowledge and technical skills  General knowledge and understanding of the law and banking and financial operations.  Knowledge and skills in internal audit.  Skills of collecting, analyzing, evaluating, synthesizing information.  Able to work independently and in a team.  Good skills of communication, ability to persuade, solve problems, have critical thinking.  Skill of using office computer applications.  Integrity, objectivity, confidentiality.  Can use English at work. Education/Training  Bachelor from a suitable profession. Work Experience  At least 03 years of working experience in finance, banking or auditing.  For information technology auditors, must have at least 03 years of working experience in the field of information technology
