Main duties: - Develop, propose, and execute the production plan to meet organizational goals. - Monitor and analyze budgets, implement cost control measures, and identify opportunities to reduce waste. - Oversee all production activities, including equipment maintenance and workforce management. - Drive and implement operational changes to improve production performance and efficiency. - Ensure efficient operations across all components of the production department. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field. - Good at English or Korean - Minimum of 5 years in production manager, preferably with experience in electrical panels. - Strong leadership and people management abilities. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail. - Ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships across departments and with external partners. - Customer-focused, results-driven, and able to meet tight deadlines. 5.
