[Responsibilities] Working Hours & Shift Rotation This role operates on a rotating shift schedule to support employees across multiple regions and time zones. The successful candidate must be willing to work onsite during standard daytime business hours in Vietnam and participate in rotational support shifts as required. Current shift rotations (Vietnam Time): Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 9:00 PM Shift 2: 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM Additional notes: Onsite office presence is required during daytime operational hours. Flexibility may occasionally be required based on business or operational needs. Shift schedules will be managed and communicated in advance by management. Key Responsibilities (50%) User Support & Helpdesk Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to employees across global teams. Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and access-related issues remotely or onsite. Respond to and manage IT helpdesk requests in a timely and professional manner. Support issues related to: Microsoft 365 and related services Company laptops and peripherals VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN, printers, and office connectivity Desktop application installation, configuration, and troubleshooting Company assets and endpoint devices External sharing and DLP-related requests Escalate application, infrastructure, cloud, or development platform issues to the relevant DevOps or Engineering teams where required. (10%) Employee Onboarding & Offboarding Prepare and configure laptops and devices for new employees. Create, manage, and disable user accounts across company systems. Configure email accounts, MFA, VPN access, endpoint protections, and company security policies. Ensure onboarding and offboarding activities are completed securely and consistently. Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and user access records. (10%) Device & Asset Management Maintain company laptops, accessories, and IT equipment inventory. Perform device setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, patching, and replacement activities. Coordinate repairs, warranty claims, and hardware vendor support where required. Support endpoint security and device compliance initiatives. (20%) Network & Workplace Infrastructure Support Support and maintain office LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, printers, meeting room equipment, and related infrastructure. Troubleshoot office connectivity and workplace IT issues. Assist with maintaining a secure, stable, and continuous working environment. Support basic office infrastructure coordination, including networking equipment, UPS devices, cabling, and basic electrical setup awareness. Coordinate with external vendors, internet providers, or building management when required. (Ah-hoc) Security & Compliance Support Support implementation of company IT security policies and procedures. Help maintain secure IT practices aligned with company compliance initiatives, including ISO 27001 and SOC 2 environments. [Requirements] 1-3 years of experience in related roles in a multinational company. Minimum basic English communication via chat.
