Position Summary: We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Operations Specialist to be a key player in our team. This role is critical for executing the day-to-day tasks that ensure seamless service delivery for all EasySpeed office shipments. You will be responsible for precise data management, proactive shipment tracking, and providing exceptional support to our overseas agents and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Operational Execution & Data Integrity: - Execute the end-to-end monitoring process for assigned EasySpeed office air shipments (Air). - Ensure all shipment data is entered into the Cargowise system accurately and in a timely manner, upholding the highest standards of data integrity. - Proactively track and trace shipments, identifying potential delays and escalating issues to the supervisor as needed. - Issue DN/ SOA in month end based on our billing rules. Customer & Stakeholder Support: - Serve as a reliable point of contact for customer and agent inquiries, providing timely and professional communication. - Support the performance management of our overseas agents by ensuring they have the necessary data and updates to meet service level agreements. - Collaborate closely with internal Air Operations, and Key Account teams by providing essential operational support and information. Process Adherence & Continuous Improvement: - Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) meticulously to maintain consistency and quality. - Identify and suggest opportunities for improving workflow efficiencies, particularly in Cargowise data entry and shipment monitoring processes. - Participate in continuous improvement projects led by the Operations Supervisor, contributing ideas and supporting implementation. [Requirements] -Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory -1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding operations, especially mastery of Air freight. -Proficiency with the Cargowise platform is a significant advantage and a key requirement for success in this role. -Good understanding of air freight documentation and processes. -Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks. -Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work. -Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken). -A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
