1. Manage and control supplier quality to ensure compliance with company standards andrequirements. 2. Oversee incoming material inspection, handle nonconformities, and drive suppliers to implementcorrective and improvement actions. 3. Conduct qualification and certification assessments for new suppliers to ensure capability andquality alignment. 4. Perform regular evaluations of key suppliers, including monthly reviews, on-site audits, annualaudits, and follow-up on improvement actions. 5. Manage abnormal material issues, monitor improvement progress, and track and close SupplierCorrective Action Requests (SCARs) in a timely manner. 6. Establish and maintain incoming inspection standards and provide training to Incoming QualityControl (IQC) personnel [Requirements] Required: 1. Education: College degree or above in engineering 2. Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in supplier management. Possess strongsupplier management skills and be familiar with quality management theories. Have a fullunderstanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 (RoHS), and ISO/TS 16949 systems, including the latestrequirements, and be able to apply related system theories flexibly to manage suppliers. Familiarwith the processes and key control points of stamping, molding, plating, and spot welding. 3. Skills: Proficient in the five core tools of ISO/TS 16949; good command of English; strongcommunication skills. 4. Training: Preferably trained in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 (RoHS), and ISO/TS 16949 system audits;must hold at least an internal auditor qualification certified by a third party for the above systems. 5. Major: Science and engineering or business management background preferred.6. Other Requirements: Careful, patient, and able to maintain persistence in work.
