Labor contract, probation end, labor contract end follow up • Issue labor contract for employees • Follow up probation end evaluation and notice for the result of probation to employees • Follow up contract end evaluation and contract end renewal. • Knowledge or experience in social insurance and PIT is an advantage. 3. Employee's relation & Disciplinary action • Improvement communication with employees • In charge of disciplinary actions following company's policy. 4. Other jobs are assigned by Manager [Requirements] • University graduation • Experience Requirement: At least 2 - 3 years experience in similar position • Good communication and negotiation skill • English communication • Can use application to design recruitment notice to get attractive candidates • Personality Requirement - Hard working / Careful / Honest / High sense of responsibility and compliance.
