- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications. - Follow Reliability test for Development/Mass production model perious, assure testing result on time and accurate inspection. - Analyze data from quality tests and inspections to identify trends and recommend improvements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and reduce defects. - Manage and maintain quality documentation, including control plans, inspection reports, and test records. - Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other relevant quality regulations. - Participate in internal and external audits and assist in the development of quality policies and procedures. - Provide training and support to production and quality teams on best practices and quality standards. [Requirements] - University graduate majoring in Engineering field - Able to communicate in English/Korean/Chinese - Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools (Minitab, Excel, etc.). - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Positive, active personality - Good teamwork - Willing to work OT and weekend holiday as required
