Main responsibilities: Monitor product quality and approve products for shipment. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints. Follow up improvement actions to resolve quality issues. Conduct process audits and ensure compliance with requirements. Prepare reports and participate in customer meetings. Research and implement new technologies to improve quality, productivity, and cost. Support technology transfer from development to mass production, including process, specifications, and related documents.
