Role Objective The Supply Chain Senior Staff plays a key operational and analytical role in executing day-to-day supply chain activities. This position is responsible for coordinating end-to-end demand and supply planning while serving as a key communication bridge between local & regional teams including driving to support the implement of S4HANA project. Key Responsibilities ● Analyze supply & demand constraint and facilitate resolution throughout the supply chain ● Drive all related reporting and analysis to drive efficiency of SCM ● Execute all related SCM processes to provide an optimum service level and cost efficiency as defined by the organization’s business operating plans and strategic objectives. ● Partner and collaborate with commercial team (eg. marketing and sales,.), to ensure the demand consensus process delivers an agreed upon, workable volume forecast (mid and long term); ensure gaps and overlaps are addressed, scenarios are completed, and issues appropriately escalated to meet business objectives-Cost/Profit driven. ● Lead the SCM management reviews, prepare all data and metrics for review, identify gaps and scenarios that must be presented, guide final decision making on open items and trade-offs, and prepare escalations for executive review where appropriate. ● Conduct regular status meetings with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Warehouse) to resolve supply bottlenecks. ● Prepare routine supply chain performance reports, data summaries, and management presentations ● Define track and drive improvements in Supply Chain KPI’s (Demand supply Planning) The SAP S/4HANA Implementation: ● Align the design, build, test, and deployment of the SCM track in an enterprise S/4HANA transformation program under E2E sale / order to cash process. This role bridges business operational needs and IT technical execution, ensuring that core supply chain processes—Procurement, Inventory, Production Planning, Order Fulfillment —are migrated and optimized on the S/4HANA platform following SAP best practices. ● Collaboration for test scenarios, test scripts, and drive execution for Unit Testing, Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). ● Partner with Change Management leads to design user training materials, process SOPs, and deliver end-user training in both English and local language. ● Execute cutover plans for supply chain transactional data (open POs, stock balances, open sales orders) to ensure minimal business downtime ● Provide post-go-live hyper care support, issue resolution, and transition knowledge to the internal Application Support team [Requirements] ● Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in supply chain management or a related field ● Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related role Key Competencies & Soft Skills 1. Language Proficiency: Advanced/Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory for daily international correspondence, conference calls, and reporting. 2. Analytical Thinking: Ability to turn complex, multi-source data into actionable supply chain insights. 3. Systems: Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and strong command of google platform 4. Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset to anticipate disruptions and formulate contingency plans rapidly. 5. Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills to influence cross-functional leaders and align conflicting operational priorities.
