[Requirements] Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in content creation, video editing, or a related field. • Strong video editing and storytelling skills. • Creative, proactive, and willing to learn and grow. • Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools. • Interest in learning and using AI tools for content and video creation. • Ability to take feedback and continuously improve. • A portfolio or examples of previous video work are preferred. Working Details Working Hours: Flexible, approximately 15–20 hours per week Working Location: Online Compensation: Starting at $6–$7 per hour, with opportunities for increases based on performance, skills, experience, and progress
