About the role We are looking for an Omni-Channel Marketing Lead to take full ownership of our brand marketing strategy, starting with a new brand that needs to be built from the ground up. You will inherit the current scope of work in full from the outgoing role holder, then build the team, strategy, and omni channel foundation to grow the portfolio across online and offline channels. Responsibilities 1. Brand Strategy and Building - Build brand identity, messaging, and communication framework that stays consistent across every touchpoint. - Own brand health: awareness, consideration, perception, and long-term equity, not only short-term sales. 2. Omni Channel and Trade - Design the omni channel strategy across trade (dealers, distributors, retail), ecommerce (marketplaces, brand websites), and social commerce. - Align trade marketing, pricing, promotion, and campaign calendars, so channels reinforce rather than conflict with each other. - Build partnerships with key retail and channel partners to secure visibility and distribution. 3. Team Building and Leadership - Design the marketing org structure and hiring roadmap, including Content, Production and Trade functions. - Recruit, onboard, and develop the team; set clear roles, KPIs, and performance evaluation methods. - Establish working processes, creative workflows, and cross-team collaboration standards. 4. Commercial and Financial Ownership - Own the marketing budget and plan its allocation across brands and channels. - Set brand and marketing KPIs, and report progress and results to senior leadership. - Work closely with Sales, Product, and Supply Chain on launches, promotions, and inventory planning. [Requirements] - 5-7 years in marketing, including at least 2 to 3 years in a brand leadership or marketing management role. - Marketing background in B2B and large kitchen appliances or comparable durable goods is preferred. - Hands-on experience with trade marketing and omni channel execution. - Familiarity with social commerce, KOL marketing, and content-led brand building. - Track record of building a brand or launching a product from zero. - Experience building a team from scratch or significantly scaling one. - Strategic thinker who can execute in detail while the team is still small. - Strong stakeholder management with leadership, sales, and external partners. - Able to hire, coach, and retain quality talent across both brand and performance disciplines. - Business-level English is required.
