JOB SUMMARY Responsible for reviewing, adapting, and monitoring internal business processes in accordance with Headquarters' guidelines, ensuring compliance with standard procedures, and coordinating with relevant departments to improve operational efficiency. Regularly update processes and report to Headquarters. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES Execute tasks in accordance with Headquarters' guidelines: - Study and understand all processes developed by Headquarters. - Review the designed processes based on the actual operations of HS HSVN and make necessary adjustments to ensure they are appropriate, including purchasing, sales, recruitment, payroll, inventory management, asset management, payment, loan, month-end closing processes, etc. - Review HS HSVN's operational compliance with the standard processes. - Monitor and update processes, and report to Headquarters. REQUIREMENTS Education - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Business Administration, Korean Language or a related field. Experience & Skill - At least 2 years of experience in internal process auditing, risk management, or related positions. - Proficient in Korean. - Experience in Textile industry is an advantage. - Candidates with relevant work experience are preferred. Applicants who have previously worked at Hyosung or HS Hyosung are also welcome. - Word/ Excel/ SAP. WORKING CONDITIONS - Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off). - Location: N2 Street, Nhon Trach 5 Industrial Zone, Nhon Trach Ward, Dong Nai City, Vietnam.
