• Manage air freight rates, cargo space, and bookings with airlines/GSA partners. • Negotiate and update air freight rates for Co-load & Direct Business. • Manage cargo space allocation and maximize weight/volume utilization, including BSA/Block Space where applicable. • Handle airline bookings and monitor flight schedules, confirmations, and changes. • Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines/GSA partners; stay updated on routes, rates, and promotional policies. • Coordinate closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure smooth shipment execution. • Monitor market rates and capacity to support competitive pricing and efficient air freight operations. [Requirements] 1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related fields. 2. Minimum 10+ years of experience in Air Freight Forwarder (Procurement or Pricing), Airline or GSA, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. 3. Strong knowledge of air freight operations, airline rate structures, cargo capacity management, routing, transshipment, and airline booking processes. 4. Proven experience in managing Co-load, Direct Business, soft or hard Block Space Agreements, and airline procurement activities. 5. Extensive network and strong working relationships with airlines, GSAs, and strategic industry partners. 6. Excellent commercial negotiation and vendor management skills, with the ability to secure competitive rates, optimize capacity utilization, and improve profitability. 7.
