• Manage and supervise daily General Affairs operations and facility services to ensure smooth and effective factory operations. • Manage and supervise the factory clinic, including daily operation, facilities, supplies, hospital coordination, and monthly reporting. • Manage business travel services, including air-ticket and hotel booking, booking agent coordination, monthly payment, and annual contract review. • Manage and supervise cleaning, landscaping, and tree-care services, including service quality, vendor performance, payment, and contract renewal. • Manage stationery and office supplies, including monthly collection of requests, purchasing, inventory control, and payment. • Manage company uniform procurement and distribution to employees. • Coordinate guest reception and visitor arrangements, including welcome boards, shoes/slippers, and related facilities. • Support the GA team in company events and employee activities, including logistics and on-site arrangements. • Manage and coordinate with GA vendors and service providers, including quotation comparison, contract review, performance monitoring, and cost control. • Maintain proper GA records, reports, and documents and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. • Support internal audits, continuous improvement activities, and other GA- related projects as assigned. • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the GA Manager. [Requirements] • 2–3 years of experience in GA, Administration, Facility Management, Procurement, or similar position. Factory/Multinational company experience is preferred. • Good English communication skills. • Good communication, coordination, vendor management, negotiation, problem- solving, and MS Office skills. • Quick learner with the ability to quickly adapt to internal systems, tools, and company processes. • Responsible, proactive, service-minded, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
