We are seeking an Operations Services Officer who plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Dwight School Hanoi by overseeing a range of essential services that contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. Additionally, the Operations Services Officer provides critical support in the planning and execution of school events regarding the logistics.
I. Key Responsibilities
School Services Management
Bus Service:
• Reviewing and approving the routes and timetables proposed by the vendor to ensure maximum efficiency for students.
• Auditing the vendor's driver credentials, vehicle maintenance logs, and punctuality to ensure they meet school safety standards.
• Handling monthly service evaluations for payments and acting as the main contact to hold the vendor accountable for parent complaints or operational delays.
Dining Service:
• Collaborate with the catering provider to ensure high-quality meals that meet nutritional standards and student preferences
• Monitor food safety and hygiene practices in the dining areas
• Gather feedback from students and staff to improve the dining experience
Cleaning Service:
• Supervise the cleaning team and ensure that school facilities are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness
• Manage cleaning schedules, supplies, and equipment
• Report any cleaning-related issues promptly
Landscaping and Pest Control:
• Maintain the school grounds and outdoor spaces to a high aesthetic standard
• Address any landscaping or pest-related issues
School Event Logistics Support: Collaborate with event organizers to plan and coordinate logistics for school events, including:
• Venue setup and breakdown
• Catering and food service arrangements
• Transportation and parking arrangements
• Crowd management and safety protocols
Procurement Support:
• Receiving goods, items to deliver to teachers
• Manage the inventory
• Create PO and assist the documents for payment

[Requirements]
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in operations management, preferably in an educational or service-oriented environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese
