Working schedule: Monday to Saturday Working shift: 1PM - 10PM - Plans and coordinates initiatives to enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness of package operations. - Oversees and manages command and control functions within conventional and/or automated package facilities. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. - Leads inside package operations that support package operation performance. - Develops and executes strategies to achieve business KPI's. - Accountable for the performance and results of a team. Primary focus is a people manager who connects or integrates processes and people. Coordinates the work of the team across the organization. - Assigns tasks and manages progress. Problems are typically routine and not complex; resolution guided by policies and procedures. Ensures completion of day-to-day assignments within shift. Impacts the results of a shift. - Support Dispatch on SP discipline, on road timing, SP working schedule, SP OT, - Support Supervisor to check on daily SP Productivities, follow up Action plans to improve results. - Attending to all internal and external customers queries. - Filing and housekeeping of all relevant documents [Requirements] Potential to build up Leadership Skill Driving skill with B driving license, understand about automotive is recommended Good computer literacy Proficient in English 3 -5 years relevant experience in similar capacity Bachelor's degree
