Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Sales & Marketing Officer in AEON MALL Ha Long. - Work location: AEON MALL Ha Long - Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays - Job summary: Follow established procedures and guidelines to delivery promotional message to consumers with the intent of generating traffic and sales within an assigned category, execute marketing activities, events and campaigns according to SC Sales & Marketing strategy plan. Detailed job description: 1. Develop and execute marketing plans, manage budgets, and evaluate campaign performance. 2. Plan and organize mall events, customer engagement activities, and promotional campaigns. 3. Manage marketing communication channels, including Facebook, Website, TikTok, Zalo, LCD/LED screens, and in-mall advertising materials. 4. Collaborate with tenants, Sales team, agencies, and vendors to implement marketing activities and drive traffic and sales. 5. Monitor marketing performance, analyze customer traffic and spending data, and propose improvement initiatives. 6. Manage tenant storage and billboard leasing, tenant in-out plans, and support new tenants during business setup at AEON MALL. 7. Handle administrative tasks, including RFA, payment processing, and contract documentation. 8. Other tasks as assigned. [Requirements] 1. Bachelor’s degree. 2. Candidates with 1 – 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing/ Communication/ Branding are an advantage. 3. Good at both spoken and written English and Vietnamese. 4. Good at Microsoft Office. 5. Having negotiation & communication skill. 6. Willing to work in shift.
