• Seek and develop new business opportunities and potential customers. • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular visits and follow-up. • Prepare sales-related documents such as quotations, service contracts, and other necessary documents. • Support Customer Service (CS) operations, including shipment coordination, customer inquiries, and communication with internal departments when required. • Update market rates, logistics industry trends, and domestic/international business information, and report to the Japanese Manager. • Cooperate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and provide the best service to customers. • Conduct annual customer satisfaction surveys and handle customer complaints or service-related issues when necessary. • Learn and utilize the CargoWise system and participate in knowledge transfer during the onboarding period. • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for the Japanese Manager. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors. • This position has no sales target and no sales incentive. [Requirements] • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field. • At least 3–5 years of working experience in an international logistics or freight forwarding company. • Experience in both Sales and Customer Service (CS) is preferred. • Experience working with Japanese companies is an advantage. • Good knowledge of import/export operations, freight forwarding, and logistics. • Experience in using the CargoWise system is preferred. • Good understanding of Vietnamese customs regulations and related laws. • Good command of English, both written and spoken. • Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). *** Personal Requirements: • Gender: Female • Age: 26–30 years old. • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, including overtime when necessary. • Customer-oriented with a service mindset. • Careful, proactive, hardworking, and willing to learn. • Honest, positive, cheerful, and a good team player.
