HCM - Support to develop formulas for new products and prepare ACTD dossiers / Hỗ trợ phát triển công thức sản phẩm mới và chuẩn bị hồ sơ ACTD. - Lead validation activities: manufacturing, equipment, cleaning, computer systems, and annual VMP / Chủ trì các hoạt động thẩm định: sản xuất, thiết bị, vệ sinh, hệ thống máy tính và Kế hoạch thẩm định gốc hàng năm. - Monitor stability studies and maintain GMP-compliant documentation / Theo dõi nghiên cứu độ ổn định và lưu trữ hồ sơ tuân thủ GMP. - Partner with TS & Production teams to ensure smooth daily operations and resolve technical issues / Phối hợp với nhóm TS & Sản xuất để đảm bảo vận hành suôn sẻ và xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật. - Drive root-cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives / Dẫn dắt điều tra nguyên nhân gốc và các sáng kiến cải tiến liên tục. - Support the plant operational excellence program / Hỗ trợ chương trình vận hành xuất sắc của nhà máy. - Other duties as may be assigned / Các nhiệm vụ khác có thể được giao. [Requirements] Professional Background  - University or College graduate, major in Pharmacy. - Can speak and write in English. - At least 1 year working in pharmaceutical companies as Production, R&D or QA/QC role.  - Experience & knowledge in Production process/ production & computer validation/ trial.  Competency Requirements - Self-management capability - Organizational capability - Strong cooperation/ team-work  - Reliability (responsible, completes works in timely and consistent manner)
