We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Operations Executive Cum QA to join our Vietnam team and support day-to-day factory operations, product quality monitoring, and reporting. Key Responsibilities - Monitor and check the quality and condition of products at the factory. - Conduct regular inspections and ensure products meet required quality standards. - Prepare and submit quality and operational reports to management. - Coordinate with factory and relevant operational teams to address product-related issues. - Conduct frequent travel to factories, suppliers, and other operational locations as required. - Support day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth coordination between relevant teams. [Requirements] *1–2 years of relevant experience in Operations, Quality, Production, Food/Manufacturing, or a related field. *Willingness and ability to travel frequently as part of the role. *Good communication skills in English. *Strong observation, reporting, coordination, and problem-solving skills. *Ability to work independently in a factory-based environment. *Male candidates are preferred due to the travel and operational nature of the role
