• Act as the primary point of contact throughout research projects (all food and non-food categories). • Lead end-to-end consumer research projects, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. • Manage external research partners to ensure rigorous execution and quality standards. • Transform multi-market raw data and translate research findings into meaningful, actionable consumer insights that drive regional and global business decisions. • Create and deliver impactful presentations to different audiences, from technical teams to senior leadership and external customers. • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams: R&D, Sales, Marketing, Sensory & CI and act as the trusted project lead. • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across regions. • Enhancing research practices by adopting innovative methodologies and improving processes. • Moderate focus groups & in-depth-interviews on various product categories (food & beverage, personal & home care). • Responsible for making sure that data, reports, documents are stored and easily accessible by relevant parties. Additional Responsibilities: • Daily participation in internal sensory tests (expert panelist training provided). Willingness to smell and taste market products. [Requirements] • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology/Chemistry with Knowledge of Consumer Insight or Marketing degree or related fields • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Market Research agency, FMCG or Flavour & Fragrance House consumer insight role. • Fully operational in consumer research techniques (qualitative and quantitative). • Good English communication, and presentation skills. • Good management skills, analytical skills, problem solving, good teamwork attitude. • A strong interest in Flavour and Fragrance industry and its applications. • Capable of working in an international environment and team. • Ability to handle multiple projects. • Computer skills: MS-Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Rstudio, Canvas.
