Customer Service Staff (Female) Due to business expansion, we are looking for a dynamic, responsible, and customer-oriented candidate to join our Customer Service team. Job Responsibilities • Directly manage assigned customers and handle daily customer service activities, including order processing and delivery coordination. • Monitor and manage inventory data in the system. • Coordinate with NSK overseas manufacturing plants for production order placement and follow-up. • Track and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery. • Liaise with internal departments and customers to resolve operational issues and maintain customer satisfaction. [Requirements] • Female candidate. • Graduated from College or University. • Good command of spoken and written English. • Japanese communication skills are an advantage. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Responsible, honest, careful, diligent, and possess strong interpersonal skills. • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
