Our team has spent years building and operating companies directly in the U.S. ## Responsibilities - Create and optimize Amazon listings (title, bullet points, descriptions) - Plan and execute A+ Content - Lead product image and video direction (including thumbnails) - Develop and manage review and rating strategies - Define brand positioning and product messaging (USP) - Analyze competitor listings and content strategies - Optimize content based on SEO and performance data KPIs: Conversion rate (CVR), Sales per session, Click-through rate (CTR), Listing quality score ## Requirements - 4+ years of experience in Amazon listing and content optimization - Proven track record of improving conversion rates - Strong copywriting and content planning skills - Experience working with designers or managing creative assets - Strong understanding of consumer behavior and buying psychology
