The Partnership Operator is responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with major platforms (TikTok, Google, Meta, etc.) to drive client growth and revenue monetization. This role focuses on platform relationship management and client growth, leveraging platform resources and internal capabilities to increase business revenue and client value. Keys responsibilities: 1. Platform Partnership Management (Core) • Act as the main point of contact between the company and platforms (TikTok, Google, Meta, etc.). • Build and maintain strong relationships with platform teams (AM, Partnership Managers, Product, Policy, etc.). • Proactively obtain platform updates, resources, and new business opportunities, and drive internal implementation. 2. Client & Commercial Growth (Core) • Provide platform strategy support for key clients (TikTok / Meta / Google, etc.). • Identify client growth opportunities (including upsell and cross-sell). • Proactively drive key sales packages such as Mega Sales, seasonal campaigns, and Close Gap initiatives with clients. • Participate in client pitching, proposal development, and strategic consultation. • Leverage platform resources to improve ad spend and ROI. 3. Business Execution & Project Management • Translate platform policies and resources into actionable internal plans. • Collaborate with Sales, AE, and Operations teams to execute projects. • Track key project progress and ensure alignment with quarterly targets. • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency. [Requirements] Must-have • Strong business communication skills in a B2B and partner-facing context — ability to articulate value propositions, negotiate commercial terms, and manage relationships at multiple levels. • Background in partnership management, platform sales, or business development at an established organization in the tech, media, or digital marketing industry; working knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem and key market players (platforms, agencies, clients). • Solid foundation in partnership management — experience engaging and building relationships with senior stakeholders (Manager level and above); ability to identify business opportunities through partner relationships and contribute to revenue growth and collaboration outcomes for the company. • Proficiency in English or Chinese as primary work language; bilingual capability (both English and Chinese) is a strong advantage. Nice-to-have • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or platform partnerships. • Direct working experience with TikTok, Google, and/or Meta. • Ability to independently drive projects with strong ownership and execution. • Experience participating in or supporting large-scale sales programs: Mega Sales, seasonal campaigns, or Close Gap initiatives (revenue shortfall recovery programs).
