Địa điểm làm việc: Thang Long Industrial Park II, Hung Yen (Xe đưa đón từ Hà Nội, Hải Dương đến Hưng Yên) We are welcome the potential candidate for filling the position of Recruitment & Training Staff Responsibilities: Recruitment • Execute the hiring process to meet manpower needs of departments. • Post job ads, screen CVs, arrange interviews, and follow up with candidates. • Join and coordinate job fairs or recruitment events in universities and external partners. • Report and update recruitment status regularly. • Making and controlling yearly hiring plan Training • Organize orientation training for newcomers about company policies and Japanese working culture. • Develop and implement training plans; coordinate internal and external training sessions. • Evaluate training effectiveness and manage training records. Support • Prepare monthly recruitment & training reports. • Support HR engagement and internal communication activities. • Others following Direct Manager.
