Job Purpose: To be responsible for receiving activities from data in system, actual receiving to make sure quantity and release material to MI within agreement lead time j) Key Roles and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities) - Coordinate with relevant department to control status of material received. - Review receiving plan to make warehouse manpower plan and equipment arrangement - Ensure material received enough quantity and good condition before keep in warehouse. - Release material with enough quantity, high quality to relevant department without any delay - Ensure achieve monthly cycle count activities with high score base on figure in system and actual figure to make sure MM Closed as company plan. - Improve and follow up to enhance warehouse management system to control stock. - Ensure and promote 6S awareness and implementation at receiving goods area. - Others work assigned by Director. k) Key Results/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Inventory accuracy included: Raw material, Finished Goods - Compliance Indicators: Safety, Quality, Gaps from Audit, Violation - On time delivery material release to MI - To measure accuracy of all reports regarding to raw material, sub-material, tools, equipment, consumable goods and fix assets. - To measure timeliness of doing report, GR, issuing (on time or not) - To measure condition of the warehouse (cleanliness, lighting, 6S....) to compile with company and corporate policy [Requirements] a) Education & Qualification Requirements - University or colleges graduation. b) Experience Requirements - Over 2 years’ inventory managing experience in garment manufacturing - Knowledge of materials, quality control and logistics/warehouse - Well 6S understanding c) Technical competency Requirements - Must be fluent in English - Computer skills: Accounting software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-point, Visio - Analytical skills (Sensitive to data) d) Behavioral Competency Requirements/Attributes - Planning capability - Integrity - Communication - Negotiation - Decision Making JOB CHALLENGES/REMARKS - Different type of raw material in garment factory - People Management - Logistic supports.
