LIKELION Vietnam is looking for talent to join the **Business Development (BD)** team at our recruitment platform, **FYI**. - Work Arrangement: On-site, Full-time - Work Hours: Mon–Fri (08:30–17:30) - Location: Ho Chi Minh City (Cobi Tower II, Phường Tân Mỹ) --- ### [Let me introduce the team you’ll be joining.] **FYI**is a platform that connects job seekers in Vietnam with job opportunities using real-world salary data. It provides candidates with data-driven salary insights and job opportunities, while offering companies a faster and more efficient hiring experience. Although we operate as a small, elite team, we’ve already secured 23 corporate leads and converted about 5 of them into actual clients. Now is the time to really scale this momentum. That’s why we’re looking for a Business Development professional who can directly identify corporate clients, convert them into sales, and nurture relationships by ensuring their hiring success. From sales and account management to solving client problems—this is a role where one person accompanies the client from the very beginning all the way to success. --- ### [This is a role we’ll build together.] **Corporate Client Acquisition and Sales** *(Core Responsibilities)* - Identify companies with hiring needs and generate leads through outbound and inbound channels. - Engage with leads to convey FYI’s value proposition and convert them into paying customers. - Directly manage the sales pipeline and continuously experiment with ways to increase conversion rates. **Account Management (Customer Success)** - We provide close support—from onboarding through to a successful hire—to ensure that the corporate clients we’ve secured can actually recruit top talent. - We manage client relationships to boost retention and create opportunities for additional hires and upselling. **Problem Solving and Product Feedback** - I identify issues customers face during the hiring process and propose solutions directly. - We share insights gained in the field with the product and operations teams to help improve our service. **Building a Sales Foundation** - Create repeatable sales materials, processes, and data to lay the foundation for the team to grow faster. --- ### [You’ll be a great fit if...] - We’re looking for someone with **at least 3 years**of experience **in**sales, business development, or account management. - You’ll be a great fit if you have a proven track record of directly acquiring and converting customers, with results backed by hard numbers. - **You must be able to communicate in business-level English (both written and verbal).** (This role requires collaboration with global corporate clients and our headquarters in Korea.) - Candidates who understand the Vietnamese job market and can build trust with local companies are preferred. - We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with rapid execution and iterative experimentation, and who can set their own direction and see it through to the end. --- ### [We’d especially welcome candidates with the following experience.] - **We’d be especially pleased if you can communicate in Korean.** (This is a great asset for collaborating with our Korean headquarters and partners.) - Experience in sales or business development (BD) for B2B services—such as HR tech, recruitment, or SaaS—is a plus. - We’d especially love to hear from you if you have experience with early-stage startups or building businesses from scratch (0→1). - If you have experience making data-driven decisions and measuring performance, you’ll be a great fit. --- ### [Benefits and Perks] - Salary: Competitive compensation based on experience and skills - A dynamic and professional work environment with opportunities for growth - Company benefits and welfare policies
