What You'll Do • Rotate through three 4-month stations in Year 1 — your home business unit plus two mandatory core functions (Commercial, Data & Analytics, Operations/Finance). No silos, no shadowing. • Own a real project workstream in Year 2, backed by a named mentor, an executive sponsor, and a deliverable that actually shows up on a P&L. • Hit four formal career gates on the way to Team Leader by month 24 — Confirmed (M6) → Associate/Specialist (M12) → Senior Specialist (M18) → Team Leader (M24).
