• Monitor, analyze, and understand daily quality conditions to take appropriate actions. • Identify priority items at each point in time to respond to production conditions at that time. • Prepare quality reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. • Collaborate with QA, PE, and ME to resolve quality-related issues such as defective products, faulty components, and machinery. [Requirements] • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field. • At least 3 year of relevant experience. • Good command of English (Japanese is an advantage). • Good skills in organizing and promoting quality improvement activities. • Good skills in error analysis and reporting (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly). • Good skills in building new product quality assurance mechanisms. • Strong skills in managing ISO 9001 quality systems...
